Timothy S. Higgins, CPA

Tim has a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Jacksonville State University. Tim is a CPA licensed in both Georgia and Alabama. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Georgia Society of CPAs, and Alabama Society of CPAs. Tim is very active in his community. In additional to serving as the Chairman of the Coweta County Commission, he is treasurer of the Coweta Community Chest and Civic Council and past president of the Newnan Civitan Club.  He has previously served on the Council on Aging and Commission for the Promotion of Public and Private Higher Education.  Tim is also an organizer of the Coweta Up in Smoke Barbecue Cook-off.  Tim and his family are members of the First Baptist Church in Newnan.

Anne D. Smith, CPA

Anne received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the State University of West Georgia as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from Samford University. Anne is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs. She brings a range of experience, having worked in a nonprofit organization, private company and public accounting firm. Anne serves as Treasurer of the Carolyn Barron Montessori School Parent Advisory Board and is an active member of Central Baptist Church in Newnan. Anne and her husband Stephen live in Newnan and have two sons.
